The Jeanne Sauvé Foundation chooses to make an intensive, long-term investment in outstanding young leaders because we believe them to be critically important leverage points and change agents both now and in the future. We believe in the powerful multiplier effect of our approach and in its long-term impact on communities, countries and causes.

Looking Ahead

By 2025, the Jeanne Sauvé Foundation will have created a community of at least 200 outstanding Jeanne Sauvé Public Leadership Program Fellows from Canada and around the world who are equipped to take up public leadership roles to address key global challenges in innovative ways that transcend traditional boundaries of culture, nation, sector, and discipline.

The Foundation will accomplish this goal through partnerships with likeminded organizations and through its own distinctive programming in three key ways:

  • Assisting Sauvé Fellows in the development of their leadership skills, refine their values and expand their knowledge through the Jeanne Sauvé Public Leadership Program
  • Fostering connections and collaboration between our Fellows, partners and stakeholders through our Network pillar
  • Increasing public awareness on key global issues through the Jeanne Sauvé Forum
