Mike Ross was named a Jeanne Sauvé Foundation Senior Fellow in the summer of 2016. Mike is the founder of Juniper, a Montreal-based consulting firm specialized in innovation, strategy, organizational change and leadership.
As an adviser to senior executives at some of the world’s largest companies, Mike helps them design and implement dynamic creative cultures that outperform their peers. Prior to Juniper, Mike worked as a managing director of a private equity firm, a consultant at McKinsey, a product and marketing specialist at eBay, a lawyer, and as the head of a Middle East peace negotiations project.
Mike received his juris doctor (J.D.) and his Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Toronto. He obtained his MBA from McGill University, where he teaches a Masters-level course on managing strategy and innovation.
