Informal meetings between Fellows and leaders. Leaders are invited from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. These encounters are opportunities to learn from a range of experiences, while being exposed to diverse causes, visions, and strategies.

Presentation Feedback:
As part of the program, the Fellows are invited to design and implement a Sauvé Social Impact Initiative (SSII) that speaks to their year’s theme, namely The Inclusion Imperative. The Fellows research and reflect upon inclusion through a systems-thinking approach and design a social impact initiative in response to design thinking and theory of change workshops they undertake. They share their ideas/plans with members of the Montreal community who can offer feedback/suggestions/constructive critiques.
